PROJECT DELIVERY METHOD : CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

 

  1. PROPERTY SURVEY

  2. PERMITS & FEES (professional fees - working drawings (donated, no cost); Construction Manager (donated, no cost); building permit

  3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (machines,* tool accessories, fuel). Jackhammer used for demolition , cutoff machine, welding machine, and 1 cement mixer were free rental

  4. SITE PREPARATION (demolition & removals  - courtesy of PTA parents, no cost)

  5. EARTHWORK & CONCRETE (excavation, fill & backfill, formwork & falsework, reinforcing steel bars, soil & aggregate, cement)

  6. MASONRY (1000 pcs of the total number installed were donated)

  7. MISCELLANEOUS METALS

  8. THERMAL & MOISTURE PROTECTION (N/A)

  9. DOORS & WINDOWS (wood doors and jambs, door hardware – donated, aluminum windows)

  10. ELECTRICAL (conduit & fittings, wire and cable, outlets & boxes, panelboards, lighting, alarm system)

  11. LABOR

  12. SNACKS (TWICE DAILY, PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL)

  13. LUNCH FOR PTA PARENTS (PROVIDED BY SCHOOL)
