The Project - construction of a two-storey building with 7 classrooms; 3 on the ground floor and 4 on the second floor. On the ground floor will be comfort rooms and utility rooms. The building will be served by corridors, barrier-free ramp, and a common stairway. There is a provision for a future third floor. The building will face north. The classrooms will augment and ease off six existing overcrowded classrooms, allowing learning to take place in a much more effective way. It will also allow increased enrollment. 

 

The Building - reinforced concrete framing, cement hollow block walls and partitions with cement plaster finish, prepainted metal roof on structural steel framing, wood and metal doors, finish hardware, aluminum windows, floor and wall finishes, mechanical and electrical services, and fire alarm system. Landscaping, building signage, and a security fence with sliding gates will complement the building.
